ARY Digital Network Takes a Jibe at BOL TV: Claims to be No.1

There seems to be a storm brewing between veteran Pakistani media channel, ARY and the newcomer in the industry, BOL TV. Talks about the acquisition of BOL by the ARY network were called off in the later part of 2016 and later, the Axact- owned channel was launched across the country.
It is apparent that a rift is growing between the two networks and looks like things have taken a definite sour turn. ARY have recently released a print ad which it has seemingly taken a direct hit towards BOL.
The ad shows ARY claiming itself to be number 1 from all of its competitors in the media industry.

The print ad revealed that ARY is leading with 45,070 GRPS while GEO Entertainment follows. The next in line are Hum TV Network, Leo Television Network, and Express TV Network!
BOL has launched the first HD channel in Pakistan leaving its competitors a huge gap to fill in the industry. The newcomer BOL has also vetted a few lead anchors and top show hosts away from ARY which has added to the already on-going rift between the contenders.
