That treaty was signed after many months consultations (October 1913–July 1914) and when that treaty was done war broke out in Europe from 28 July 1914 and lasted until 11 November 1918.

Balfour declaration was a letter wrote by Arthur James Balfour ( British Foreign Secretary) to Baron Rothschild (British Banker) on 2 November 1917 and during that time , Third war of Gaza was going 31 October - 7 November 1917 . then Jerusalem was captured on 9 December 1917 . Damascus fell on 1 October 1918 , Homs on 16 October 1918 and Aleppo on 25 Octobe 1918 r. Turkey on 30 October 1918, and on 23 November 1918, a military edict was issued dividing Ottoman territories into "occupied enemy territories" (OET)
