Not really an easy option on this type of bird, check :

A good Martin_Baker weighs 130-150 lbs almost a tenth of the Super Mushshak's 1,675 lbs empty weight.
Of course, attachments and the whole canopy would have to be redone too and would gain weight. At some
point, you might need to use very light pilots or even take one seat out but the latter would severely impact
formation of the trainees.

And yet, despite all of the above, some sites say it indeed has ejection seats. Not having seen one myself save
on pictures and videos, I can't say for sure but I'd need a few precise images or diagrams to believe it.
How do they clear the canopy without an explosive flange?
Does it fully eject? No pop out charge is apparent!
In any case, what is the 3rd person AKA passenger to do : bail out from the side door? With a parachute?

Maybe someone can tell us who's touched it IRL?

GN all, Tay.
Agreed with above, however a ballistic chute like those installed on the Cirrus aircraft could be an option worth investigating. Ballistic parachute kits can also be installed on aircraft like the Cessna and other similar single engine prop aircraft like the Mushak or Super Mushak. On a separate note the Mushak as somebody has already mentioned is a very safe aircraft and has an excellent record.

Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi rajiun.

If it's a super mushaq then that's another bad news as it's our main trainer as well it's in QATAR for evaluation and this incident will make Qatar insecure

I think I did actually ... because it's true! PAC has a winner right there! Recognized and all!
Your idea however is excellent : why not a ballistic chute? That would easily fit in the rear
compartment and be a more logical use of it than the rare passenger excuse. Besides, it
could be ported only on those precise aircrafts used in aerobatics and combat maneuvers;
it need not equip the whole fleet. Low cost safety option without hindering secondary use!

Kudos for that Jammer, good day, Tay.

R.I.P. for both pilot and trainee.

I'm at a loss over why a Mushshak would be unsafe though?
These are good planes with the oldest 35 years young.
I'm serious, many of these air mopeds that are the small Cessnas still fly at that age
and so do even older models dating to the fifties/sixties of many makers worldwide.

If this was a tech problem, it would be valuable to us as observers to have a good
idea of what the accident report will reveal to be the cause. Basically, it would be
either bad maintenance or human error in mechanics. The latter is punctual but the
former is more systemic and must be addressed to prevent more loss of lives.

In this case, we lost a teacher and a promise. Thinking of 2 martyred schools, one
must see that, with the cost of useful folks lost to terrorism already unbearably high, it
makes no sense that any effort be spared to avoid a preventable death from occurring.

Sad out, Tay.

Those aircraft are upgraded/refurbished and see much less flying and wear n tear... These older Mushaks have been in service since decades... Flying everyday .. & not upgraded...

The same is the case with older Cobras (upgraded) & mirages .. Past their life...

To replace Mushaks .. Super Mushak is the best choice.. Yet ...

.
Agreed Desert Fighter mate but there are enough MFI-395, aren't there?
50+ are already inducted IIRC? As long as they keep coming despite exports ...
The big fleet of 300 standard Proficients is the bug of course but they can be
maintained yet.

Do we know for sure by now which type was involved?
We'll need that and a cause to finish our convo.

Good day at home, Tay.
