It was a well controlled hard landing in an open field
the rotor blades were intact though the tail was totally damaged
even when the engine loses power, the rotor can still generate certain uplifting force which lessens the impact of the hard landing
no explosion or any obvious fuel or toxic gas leaks due to the special sealing and anti crash design
the weight of the engine has caused the roof to collapse
The body caved in and the landing gears were all broken to absorb the force of hard impact. These are all credited to the functioning of the anti crash design

When a helicopter lost its tail rotors, it will spin but the main rotor will still provide sufficient gyro power to slow down the descend. The worse fear is spinning out of control and crash head down or smash sideway, thus if the pilot can ontrol the descending with managable spinning hhis chances of surviving will be good.

Skill of pilot and heavy built hull plus excellent fueal leakage sealing design as well as combustion property of fuel all play their roles.

The pilot reported an explosion at the tail before crash, photo showed there are power lines and cable towers nearby, so may be the tail hit the power line or tower which cause the lost of tail rotors.
