Army requirements

I wanted to know what is the min height required to join land forces? I know on army website it says 5'4 but family friend told me this year for 128 PMA lots of people were being rejected for height reasons, anyone under 5'6 was rejected. Can some army personnel or anyone shed some light on this please?
