the news itself is not fake, yes ther ve been Artillery strikes in past few days in border areas of Kunar (afghani becoz of their low IQ call them missiles).
losses on ground can not be ascertained. it can be 4 houses/ compounds or it can be more or it can be none, as artillery is not a precision weapon rather an area weapon.(unless precision ammunition is used which is highly unlikely).

you mean that you are an insider (who knows sweet FA about artillery) and just wastes rounds blindly??

i mean nothing you are taking it negetively. Artillery is somtimes fired to suppress enemy even if they are not visible. somtimes there are reports of enemy movement or assembling behind some ridge line, to deter them Artillery is fired even if observer is not so placed to observe the fall of shots on the reverse side of that ridge. (just explaining theoratically). since we dont know what type of target it was it can be anything.
