For sure Major is trouble. Gen Raheel is going to make an example out of him to send a strong msg out there.

It falls under CrPC, as it was a civilian area and no operation was being conducted by the armed forces. After completion of FIR, a copy will be sent to JAG, however, he will be tried under CrPC, including the abettors and facilitators. He can file for bail and all that shit, however, none are granted in most such cases. What he needs is an excellent lawyer.

My personal opinion, the Army will most definitely set an example in this case.

Agreed, the case falls under the purview of the civilian court. But why should he be handed over to military court? When the incident took place Major was not on Active duty & it is not related to national security or disobeying of order. How is this different from any other civilian criminal offence?

Trust me they do as WAPDA maybe the most corrupt institution in the country.

Also a psych evaluation. No one shoots someone for an electricity Bill.
