Well if this is true then this is a huge intent of seriousness from Pak side to this corridor. Usually MoU's are signed and no implementation takes place, but seeing how the army and civilian govt both r serious, this is truly great. Im sure the police will be there in large numbers but a specific specially raised division with specific firepower to be the spear tip of the force is a good idea
