Japanese-Indian relations has strengthern over the past 5 years. But Japan connot export military technology or sell important data and key devices to India under the Pacifist Artice of the post-WWII constitution. But hopefully Japan and India will assist each other through through economic and political ties. Both nations are the largest Asian democracies and have buddist culture (although India is hindu and Japan is Shinto)
