Pakistan has the highest gun ownership in the world (including black market ones lol).
Regions like Sind, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, AJK, Baluchistan, have small armies.
Pakistan is prepared, but I would usually bulk at such an idea, but with times like this, well.....

I already suggested many years ago that Pak should give basic military/survival and medical training to all abled citizens incase of war with India. Call it the PCG Pak citizens Guard.

There used to be a Mujahid Force in Azad kashmir. all my male cousins born before 1987 have basic training of swimming, AK-47 RPG and anti aircraft guns.

my generation is not that well trained though in gun fights. even though i can fire a gun and swim but i never went to training camps oficially.

Agreed but it would be very expensive to have training camps unless citizens were charged.
