& AK uses ukrainian engine. I would prefer the chines one.
Because......

1. Upgraded mig27 & An32 has very serious defects, which upgraded in ukr.
2. In Indo-pak-Iran pipeline project, when all country restricted to sell their equipment to pipeline, ukr. agree to sell the equipment, but these were reject due to very heavy & energy consume compare to other counter part.

round (armor penetration: 550 mm
in RHA at 2 km) but a T-90 had 830-950mm of RHA


T-90 had a credited penetration of
800 mm RHA equivalency

yess the t90s is a good add

the older t90 had a 1000hp engine,
you might have also read the recent indian media hype about t90 being given without tot and other major equipments

russians are known for exporting a sub standard equipments


and your the first person questioning ukrainian engine

do you think HIT engineers are bunch of stupid?
they must have tested AK with that ukrainian engine before mass order

Indian media always raises question , well Tank felt short of Indian Standards where American M777 155mm Field Gun also failed in Indian Test but widely used by US and UK army in Afghanistan.

Indian Standards are quite high that no single country can match it alone ,
