Respecting you and giving you visa free travel are not one and the same thing. We respect you, but we respect our borders more. We will capture , arrest , shoot anyone who tries to enter or exit our border illegally or carries out illegal activities on it. There will be no leeway on this.
If you want to save you people, then educate them about, what is right and what is wrong and what is legal and what is illegal.
Or deploy enough forces on your border to prevent your people from crossing over to our side.
And once they have violated our borders, do not expect any leeway from our side.

BSF is authorized to use deadly force against anybody who enters India illegally.They are just doing their job.Very often those smugglers weapons and attack BSF.Even in US illegal Mexicans often got killed in border crossings.If they want to avoid it tell them to use legal routes.
