I've been in US for so long...I feel like my Urdu isn't as good as it once was

No I mean I can still speak and understand both Urdu and English well...but I've noticed that sometimes while speaking Urdu with family and friends, some English words sneak in. I just gotta speak Urdu more often and it should be back to normal...

What I really should focus on is Punjabi...I can understand it but I don't speak it bcuz I don't have the proper accent for it...so bcuz I don't want ppl making fun of my "gulabi punjabi", I just choose not to speak it altogether.
