BG is a cult book that endorses Aryan violence and racism (caste system) - theres nothing holy about it as Krsna is no God, more over what is in the BG is there in the Upanishads (just a plagiarism)

Tamils' Tirukural wriiten 2000 BC and is much older than the BG - is the book for all humanity but Hindia will never promote it as its doesn't belong to the Aryan heritage .....

CHENNAI: The spread of Tamil language to different territories is gaining pace. The most recent instance is of the translated text of Thirukkural in Arabic language, compiled by a faculty member of the Madras University, having found acceptance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

A Jahir Husain, assistant professor Department of Arabic, Persian and Urdu, and two of his research associates embarked on the State Government project, co-ordinated by the International Institute of Tamil Studies, Taramani. “The project was annnounced in the State Assembly in 2011 and we worked on it for two years,” said Husain.

“There is a chapter (Pulal Maruthal) in Thirukkural which depicts eating meat in a bad light. We had to explain it to the Saudis that it applied to those adopting sainthood and not the common man,” he said.

Otherwise, they were of the opinion that Thirukkural and the Holy Quran had a lot of similarities,” he added.

What is tirukural? I never heard about it until yesterday when I saw about it on ar rahmans Facebook page.(some Chinese guys picture who translated it into Chinese)
Tirukural was written in 2000 BC? I even heard such silly claims about tholkappiyan..his book and other sangam literature is full of Sanskrit words in distorted forms...unless you prove tirukural has no Sanskrit words in any form I don't believe it is written at the time period you said.

I just did some research on this tirukural thing and found out it is part of sangam literature.

The word Saga itself is sanskrit.
Even tiru is the variation of sanskrit word shri...a word that precedes a name as a respect..like Mr in english.

Wikipedia states tirukural may be written around 500BC...i read some of its quotes..it strongly condemns animal slaughter..it contains brahmin philosophy...native south indians have always been meat eaters and indulged in sacrifising of animals on various festive occasions.

Make up your mind which is which tiru = sri or Tiru = Mr
And why cant be in the reverse - Tamil to Sanskrit ?

shows the level of brain damaged by Hindutva-Aryan's Anti Tamil propaganda

In the Tamil language "Tiru" means "holy" or "sacred," and "Kural" means anything that is brief or short.

.

Btw 'native' Vedic Aryans were also meat eaters and your point is ?

English translation is too bad for above kurals.

குறள் 1
அகர முதல எழுத்தெல்லாம் ஆதி
பகவன் முதற்றே உலகு

Couplet 1
A, as its first of letters, every speech maintains;
The "Primal Deity" is first through all the world's domains

Explanation
As the letter A is the first of all letters, so the eternal God is first in the world

Well I know the meanings of those kurals but that translation in that book is not proper that my point ......:enjoy:

Sanskrit is Tamil in reverse - live with it , as Tamil is the world's oldest language whereas - Sanskrit is derived from Avestan i.e Persian roots

Not only Ulagam, there are two more words of Sanskrit orgin in that..
Aathi(first) and bagawan(god)...
Thiru(holy) is not from Sanskrit, It is purely Dravidian, still using in Tamil-Malayalam languages..

You are right..I read bagawan as pagawan:D
Tamilians couldn't pronounce shri..they changed it into thiru..they couldn't pronounce even ha..so they pronounced it as ga..like aagayam (for aakasham )...agalya (for ahalya ) or ragasyam for rahasyam
