Kashmir was stolen because India incorporated it into its Constitution as part of India without holding a plebiscite. So it stole land illegally.

Pakistan has not incorporated Kashmir and recognized it as disputed territory. So it has stolen nothing legally.

Balochistan was legally handed over to Pakistan so it was not stolen (if people wish a referendum then they need to make their case).

Stealing is when you do something illegally.

But I sure as hell would like to see what compelled you to say that India's relations with the Islamic world are "paper thin"...

Was there a vote in Punjab or Sindh where people were asked whether they even wanted a Pakistan? NO...Muslim League leaders decided this...There was direct action and partition....

Besides....Kashmiris are free to join the Pakistani state if they so wish....Just have to do what our ancestors did when they moved across borders to their new nations..
Kashmiris have done nothing to deserve this special treatment.
