What is the reason of conflict between Christianity and Islam, apart from belief in trinity in Christianity?

you can look at youtube-- reverts to islam / converts to islam--- what question did the westerners had, what were the answers etc--- but i wont go into them here--- i was just answering to abir

It's easy to convert a believer as he/she is only shifting from one belief-system to another, however it's bit complicated for those who don't believe. So I'd pass the youtube videos.
