Anyone from Azerbaijan?

As the thread topic suggests, looking for someone native from Azerbaijan. Our company is looking to change things up and instead of going to Dubai for vacations we are looking to find a different spot. For a few dollars more it would be nice to see some historical sites and enjoy some inexpensive nightlife. Beaches and beach toys a plus. Again if anyone else has a better option please feel free to chime in. Trip is taking place in middle of August.
