I am not a hacker but I can guide any needy about how to secure any website being a website builder and designer. the old and un-updated websites are easily susceptible to the hackers' attacks. Hackers exploit people's mistakes,
here is a small list of mistakes that make their websites vulnerable to hackers.

1.Logins and Passwords not changed and updated after the first time design.
2. very simple and short Passwords
3. Turning off Automatic Update
4. improper Configuration and permissions
5. website themes
6. SQL injections
7. Not using Anti-Virus Software
8. Gadgets and plugins
9. No backup
10. Pirated software

No you cannot get cnic data from anywhere except Nadra which is under Ministry of Interior.And they dont give details of anyone.

I once paid 85$ online to renew my NICOP that site belongs to UK based linked with NADRA when i contact no one answered then i call embassy they said its a fake site they gave me the orignal site which surpirsngly linked with have the same pages or the fake one was linked with it.
They have my data and my families.. what a shame. I reported it but that site is still working.

there are also Facebook groups and pages selling data of sims
owner of the number and address etc

Only if they had a working website to register the complaint... tried 3 times no result... page reloads back...

Emailed them several times still they are sleeping..

Not true there are people who will sell Nadras data for money a gang was caught by I think Sareaam team in Karachi...

Same bahi I am a student in ICT sector and "Dil pe lagti he yaar" when I see our websites are unsecure and pajeets are hacking them without any consequences

You should have gone to real website bahi... I applied Nicop and it was pretty easy tbh and they charged me some 50 quid for it

Its not a personal ussue bro... many of Pakistani Public services websites were hacked by these 2 indians and they have been posting sensitive data on twitter and google drive...

PIA, Energy sector, Justice system(sindh) PAFs recruitment and still no action has been taken... it would be a good move to using already dirty face of indian scammers to hit india diplomatically but everyone is sleeping

Still we need someone to protect atleast our public services from such cyber criminals...

And its not that much of effort just ask twitter where they are operating from... and report it through interpol if india doesn't catch em shame em on world level for harboring cyber criminals and cyber terrorist

We "NEED" a lot of stuff ---

But we don't.

Everybody here just cares about their own power regardless of which institution they're from.

A group of private hackers (who have probably been hounded by the FIA at some point) is your best bet to do something about this. GHQ is asleep.
