edit: Mr.Moosahary seems to be most eligible , an IPS officer , former director-general of National Security Guards (NSG) and the Border Security Force (BSF) ,former Governor of Meghalaya, can`t get any better candicate than him from N.E.

While I appreciate the sentiment, I'd say you should wish for Rijuju becoming PM sometime in the future. He's young, which means he's got the time, he's active and seems to be a good complement to Rajnath in the Home min unlike other Ministers of state. Rijuju for PM in 2035 or something.
