True, but times have changed. Compared with a few decades ago, Chinese workers are more free-spirited and adventurous. This is reflective of societal changes in China.

I completely agree with you on that. I am merely trying to point out the fact that the current generation of Chinese workers differs quite a bit from earlier ones. Sometimes people don't learn until they get noses bloodied or even worse.

Oman is minimum +400 km from Gwadar while Chabahar is 140 km via sea. It is also possible that they entered Pakistan through land route, and then took a boat from a nearby place like Jiwani and then they reached the hotel.
