Buddy...When I was invited -- by a Pakistani member -- to PDF back in '09, the number of Americans on the forum can be counted on one hand minus the thumb. Back then, China as an issue was a far second, if even that, compared to terrorism and Iraq. When the J-20 debuted on the world, the number of PDF Chinese practically exploded, commensurate were the outlandish physics defying claims about the jet. Politely and with non-disputable sources like IEEE, I debunked those claims. Immediately, I was branded as a white racists 'China hater'. When it became known that I was a Viet, the insults got intensely personal and the perps got away with it by a Chinese friendly admin staff. You may try to portray yourselves as victims on this board but many long timers know better.

Oh please, since the very existence of public forum, I've encountered countless Americans maligning China on various public forums. Sizable number of Chinese coming to the defense of their nation anywhere is a rather a recent phenomenon as the new generation of Chinese are becoming more and more self-confident. You should get use to that, as the narrative is becoming less and less one sided.

Sizable number of Chinese coming to the defense of their nation anywhere is a rather a recent phenomenon as the new generation of Chinese are becoming more and more self-confident. Does it matter which language it is in? A forum being in English must be dominated by American narratives? Are Chinese only allowed in Chinese language forum? You know what kind of underlining logic that leads to right?

BTW the whole world isn't made up of just English and Chinese speaking forums.

It's likely the English speaking forums you are complaining about are actually in the US so of course they are more likely pro-US and anti-China.

There are multitudes of forums in Chinese where I'm sure not everybody is saying wonderful things about Americans...nobody is there to retort it...but we aren't crying about it.

However if you are on an English speaking forum and you see something anti-China you feel China is being slandered unfairly.

I'm saying aren't you being a bit one-sided in your upsetness when you know full well there are plenty of Chinese speaking forums slandering the US.

It's like me being upset that some Persian speaking forum is being pro-Iran and anti-US meanwhile back in the English speaking forums being anti-Iran is the norm. How silly would it be for me to complain in the Persian forums?

Not everybody is pro-US on PDF and not everybody is pro-China either. It's a Pakistani forum in the US (started by a Pakistani-American) so you have to take the good with the bad and I respect the Pakistani positions. I never argue with them about their views.

PDF is the lone exception, which you still cannot tolerate? Is PDF a universe of its own? Chinese sees all the media bashing on China and vent their frustration on this forum is not in isolation of what's happening around them.

I rather see you being upset at Chinese defend their nation and share their disdain for US actions in this forum and decided to vent your hatred to "even things out". Like I said, I treated each of the PDF Chinese member with respect until they all got tired of having their absurd arguments debunked and turned nasty. So who is lacking in tolerance here?

Don't try to spreading your western propaganda here. China is not perfect so do most of the country. But I'm sure China is much better in general compare to the largest so called democratic country.
