The link posted above is the article from New Indian Express which said the test is pending in 2 days. And this AAD is an improved missile , it was last year tested against an electronic target. This time it was to test its kill efficiency.

If we had a bit of it , we would have had David's Sling by now along with Arrow 2.

The only contribution Israel has is Radar.
And the only contribution Russia has selling S400. Nothing more , nothing less.

IF Russian and Israeli engineers are employed and being paid out of Indian defence Budget then it is of course Indigenous.

Americans also hire lot of Indians in their production facilities
