We know how things work. Not every case is given away to mass media, say hardly 15% of what happens goes to media.
This person was arrested by the police, and making it a media case. Same happened with Raymond Davis. Probably cause the police incharge would like to have his name on the big screen/get a promotion.
As for the FC/armed forces, hardly any news comes from their side, but their work is red hot. The last time a news came from the FC about arresting a RAW agent was few months back, who tried to sneak in Balochistan from Afghanistan, was dressed up like a Afghani and had Afghan national identity card. The FC arrested him and handed over to ISI and the Indian agencies accepted that he was, indeed, their spy.
That was the last thing media reported, and of course lot followed.
You cannot jump to conclusions that everything is going in mass media, to be honest, nothing is.
