Spotted another IL78 in White color today @ 8:40 Morning Thursday April 8th. Its not PAF IL78 remember because its almost in White color without any stripe or color scheme. Might be China

i ve seen that same white aircraft without any marking several times in Karachi and other commercial transportation il-76 too.
a few i saw all pure white with light gray bottom.
most of them used for civil transportation while a few bring some fishy stuff....

and il-76 is a cargo plane while il-78 is the same version used for air to air refueling.

without any single strip even not a single word written on the aircraft i have seen this very closely... even no flag nothing might be belong to PAF and going for re-color or re-design.

look carefully under the leading edge of the tail fin.. it's PLAAF
