Do you have any link for " full immunity " claim ? Have the Americans and the State Dept allowed the diplomat to be transferred to the UN mission yet ? Because unless they do it - sign the piece of paper , she cant be transferred there by any means . Also there are legal complications , since the alleged fraud was committed before the Diplomat in question had full diplomatic immunity .

why did not US prosecution and court did not continue the case despite accused having withdrawan the case ?

Because , no court has no legal basis to continue the case afterwards the prosecutors have withdrawn the case and dropped the charges because the " claimant " has backed away from it . If the maid drop the charges , the DA will not continue prosecuting her any longer . It just doesn't work that way , you think .

Her crimes in India are none of America's business , and if you look at the whole turn of events from July its a clear case of entrapment . If Laws were taken strictly half of the Embassy staff and diplomats all over the world including Americans in India would be jailed ......

Everything you mention are just after the fact, Clinton not guilty of any crime, everything just conjecture from this point. If a nanny decide to withdraw her charge, D.A office can decide to drop the case or continue to pursue the case if there are hard evident point to it. A defendant was charged with multiple counts, the serious charge were human trafficking and visa fraud. Without a nanny allegation, US D.A still pursue other charges.

Whats stopping you ? , there are enough American diplomats and Embassy staff who have been known for child abuse , their spouses working without permit , homosexuality etc.... etc.....

And there are more than enough examples were Russian and Saudi diplomats have committed worse crimes and not been charged or imprisoned . Even if she did do something wrong the treatment given to her was insulting ..no don't even bother with "normal procedure BS" ....
