Angry BCCI mulls pulling out of Champions Trophy 2017

Any tournament is useless without Pakistan vs India, ICC makes most of it's money out of this match alone than it does from the whole tournament. What our good Indian friends tend to forget is that, India alone cannot make any money. It still needs teams to play with.
IPL has changed that perception. India alone can generate enough money to run everything by just domesic leagues.

Secondly, Power blinds you and makes you cocky. Big three concept failed, god knows whats happening. Maybe a routine thing.

No trolling please.
BCCI is one of the most corrupt bodies in India. It is unfortunately also an independent body.

Govt of India has tried many times in the past to bring it under control, each time it has failed. The law is on their side and unless the law itself is changed in India, BCCI will remain well outside any Govt. control.

IPL only feeds India, it's not that money is transferred to ICC. And what is IPL without foreign players too?

.
Lets be honest here BCCI represents us brownies in broader terms -
If BCCI influence is gone the goras will completely take over ICC with little to no representation of us brownies -
Just look at the budget alloted to ECB for hosting Champions Trophy - India hosted two world cups with lesser budgets than that -

Lets face it BCCI is greedy and arrogant - being text book indians - it alone cannot force feed the gora block (England, Australia & RSA) imagine if it had full backing of other subcontinent cricket boards -

The foreign players come to India of their own volition. ICC has no power to regulate or stop it.

My point is that India alone has an ecosystem that would ensure that foreign players come in masses to play in Indian leagues. Cricket in India will continue to thrive even if we stop playing international cricket under ICC..that cannot be said for any other country which does not have the ecosystem of sheer financial strength and glamour.

But if we pull out, ICC would be a hollow shell.

.
With steps like these BCCI is hastening the extinction of cricket. A time will come when only sub-continent will play and other countries will have sub-continent origin players. Both bollywood and cricket are sub-standard.

ICC can and so can the respective boards if they don't issue NOC's, any violations of NOC's will lead to central contract violation and that player will not be able to play for their countries.
IPL money stays in India, ICC feeds on TV rights.

India will never pull-out, BCCI is not that stupid.

Ofcourse. IPL does not feed ICC.
Any ban on players coming to India would be challenged and struck down in Courts in every western country. It is simply employement of individuals in their own capacity. The state cannot ban that. That won't even take a single hearing to get sorted out.

The only countries whose players might be restricted are the non-Western ones. Of the non western ones, there are only 3 notable countries
Bangladesh and Sri Lanka are partners. And Pakistan is not allowed in any case.

We may or may not. The threat of pulling out was enough for ICC to drastically change its rules a few years back which started the circus in the first place.

Any respective country has a board that looks after these affairs, a respective body. If it doesn't issue an NOC players can't go and courts cannot really do anything in this case. Australian players get pulled out when there is a series around and players leave if they have a series, ever wondered why? they have a central contract to follow.

Ofcourse , I am aware.
And when there are no series around the corner. Judicial remedy is easy.

The state is not banning that...the Board is...the players are employees of the board..the board can ask them not to
a)hold other jobs
b)hold specific jobs(in this case sign contract with IPL)
The players can come but they can loose spot in the national team.

India & BCCI + ICC has anyway destroyed Cricket and cricket structure through Big 3 , Aus + Eng + India.

now goras are looking for an escape route and what more to bleed India more than by doing something like this... keep India out, and reduce its influence...unfortunately BCCI lost big time due to its activities against PCB & Pak cricket. India suffers due to goras getting together.

infact Pakistan is lucky by saving itself from the corrupt, bias & nepotism filled ICC...which has corrupted and responsible for the lost of interest in cricket in many countries including Pakistan. ICC & India no doubt destroyed the Cricket Spirit.

.
India earns 80% of cricket revenues and hence India should have more say in how world cricket runs.

The problem is Shashank Manohar, the ICC boss. He is living in an imaginary world where everyone is equal. Where in fact those earn more should have more say.

India contributions of revenue is 70% not 80. Get it right. Simple maths!

The BCCI tried to bury Pakistan cricket in the last few years

Even the gora's are tired of indian cricket and looking to push back
