ANGELA MERKEL IDENTIFIES U.S. AS GLOBAL RIVAL THAT, ALONG WITH CHINA AND RUSSIA, EUROPE MUST UNITE A

Britain on it's way out,France seems to care for it's own interests only,Germany is the only one who seems to care about this "united Europe" stuff.Judging by the disagreements inside EU itself i seriously doubt Europe will be powerful on the level the US is,even though it has a huge potential to be a superpower I just don't see it happening in near future.

That is what it may seem like, however there is a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes such as common Defense, common Banking oversight and regulation, common Insurance regulation, common Border enforecment (FRONTEX), etc. all premature at the moment but are slowly growing.

Add this to an already existing executive, legislative component of the Union, Eurozone, etc. It will happen and when it does it will be quick. This is one of the reasons I advocate for Bosnia to stay out, I doubt we will be better of -- i.e. Bulgaria and Romania, no better than Bosnia in terms of everything.

Whether Bosnia's eventual accession to EU would be good or no it's a lengthy subject, however imo not very relevant.
Because judging by the policy of some EU countries toward Bosnia even if all requirements are met, they would still find a reason to not let Bosnia join, especially those who still seem to have issues with Bosnia's existence as an country.

On the other side it is very hard for BiH to make any political progress on any subject or even function as a normal state while it has government members who are openly separatist or even call of dissolution of the state, hoping to get by peaceful means what they couldn't in war.

As for Bulgaria I have spent quite some time there and yes the life standard on average is definitely not better then in Bosnia,in fact in many places it's actually worse(at least that was my impression).

Good I hope the EU doesn't let us in because Bosnian politicians don't know any better and are running to join blindly. In terms of other statements you made, yes the country has a lot of setback politically but it's fine, we are dealing with it, the haters can't do much but they are trying.
