It has never been my intention to flame-bait. Even if it was unintentional derailment, no member has responded to the alleged derailment - which makes me think that my questions were not perceived as derailment since there are far too many posters of all kinds who respond to flame-baits.

I do not know enough to come to a worthwhile conclusion, hence i asked.

dont forget JF17 is continuesly upgrading. from the traditional inlets to DSI，from JF17 to JF17s（double seat），its weapons，avionics，radar，and even reasonable to expect engines（ws13） and Aerodynamic design. i would say JF 17 is a living,evolving creature as there is a good team continuesly working on it, especially with china's hudge development on aviation industry as its backbone.

of course JF17 is not as good as ef2000 or rafale or F16 new blocks. but it is also cheaper than them, which means quite cost effective for a country's economy like pakistan. if pakistan want better ones, of couse they can think about J10C or J16 or even J20,FC31 , but how many can PAF aquire? PAF want a fighter for war ,or model for exhibition? i think they already give their answer
