Chinese should be taught in Chinese schools, what's wrong with it? I don't know about your India, People send their kids in boarding schools in China is a common practice.
What language is Chinese? Is it Mandarin or Cantonese or is it uighyur or Tibetan?
India is India,but German schools will teach German and Russian school will teach Russian, Japanese and Korean schools will teach Japanese and Koreans. They may have different languages spoken by different ethnic groups but they all need to learn their official language, it's common sense in most countries, maybe not in India though.
Cantonese is a Chinese dialect, China has hundreds of those dialects, many of them are unintelligble to each other, that's why we all need to learn Mandarin Chinese, even me from Beijing has to learn Mandarin which in many ways different from my Beijing dialect 北京土话。

It's not my job and you can go there to find them by yourself if you are so much interested. One thing is for sure, both Xinjiang and Tiebetan kids can enjoy free education, school meals, medicare, daily diary and accomodation from kingdergarten to high school, they live a better and healthier life than you average Indian kids.
If you want to find you can go there yourself, I m just stating the truth, since you are an Indian, all I can tell you is they have a luckier childhood than you average Indian kids. who do you expect me to compare them to?
Ever gave it a thought that if you cant think for yourself then by definition you are brainwashed be it at national level or individual level....
Extremists sure...But locals who do nothing and just go for pilgrimage or visit Turkey or even just practice their religion seem to be attacked...Attacking the weak is not showing might but showing EXACTLY how weak you are that you cant tolerate another religion!
