Found this interesting logo obviously painted on the side of some fighter jet.
Just wondering if the PA has a dedicated fast jet unit.

Don't know but I used to have the idea that Army Aviation Units should include Light Attack Trainer Fighters like YAK-130 or L-15 or similar

This looks like a Mirage to me.
There were reports earlier that PA pilots were being trained by the PAF on fast jets.

Army would need COIN oriented planes. You don't need fighter jets or fast jets for that purpose.

Nothing of the sort, perhaps some cross training or familiarization flights. It is also possible that JTACs are trained from both services, but the PA stays with its boots on the ground or in things that fly slower than 250 knots

A-10s (among F-15 or 18?) were offered by Pres. Reagan back in the day. PAF choose F-16s.

They should look at minimizing training, procurement, and maintenance overhead while maximizing benefits. All of army's offensive/defensive needs can be fulfilled by MALE and HALE drones, helis, and full spectrum mobile SAMs. These are the areas they should invest in. PAF should only be called for deep strike missions on HVTs. This leaves PAF to go for air superiority over land and sea, and naval strikes.

There once definitely was an incident where a a dual seat Mirage was involved in an emergency, the trainee was confirmed to be a PA pilot.

Isn't the one in your image a JF-17?
Seems like one.
You are most likely correct as both Mirages and F-7s have high visibility ejection seat symbols however JF-17 displays same in low viz.
