Indian Army chief J J Singh recently visited China, a year after the defense ministries of both the

Gen JJ Singh was COAS at least 2 years back.

I don't understand the need to post it afresh

i can understand but russians have stopped bargaining...u know lot of isssues now days with russians with each and every contract...brahmos vito, gorshov deal, mrca deal, akula ii deal.....u name it

and there is not scope left either in europe, or US to bargain..for my dear friend

Aren't they kind of trying desperately to get the MCRA deal?

Bhramos II is being worked out

Admiral Gorshkov deal will come through and India will get a good deal out of it.
Ya, the price escalation was not right but then it had to happen and well India will manage to get a good deal from that ...because USS kitty hawk is read to be offered to India.

Akula II. - Putin stepped in to ensure the nuke sub reaches India by this year end.And more over the ATV is starting its water trails by 15th August.
