This is a very contradictory thesis. On one hand it is indirectly alluding to Pakistan being the FIRST EVER nation in human history to develop the capability to repeal a 7× bigger enemy yet then explains why Pakistan doesn't actually have enough nukes...................what do you expect from the same people who claimed that Iraq had WMD that destroy Europe in 30 mins.. ....

Pakistan need in excess of 500 nuclear warheads comprising of low - medium and high yield.
Must develop thermonuclear weapons as India's annihilation can't be guaranteed by just using A-Bombs
Must develop a powerful backyard bomb for worst case scenario.

Definitely. Nukes based on uranium don't suffice. Need to focus on other options such as thorium and even thermonuclear i.e. H-bomb.

This seems to be a study on behalf of and evaluation for future Indian posture or designs. My deduction is that Pakistani defensive posture is working and perfectly hence a study in countering and finding fissures.
