The Saudis are crazy, they eat rice on daily basis. We have been buying as many rice farms as we could see in India, Indonesia, and China.

Therefore, the issue is solely based on secuirty concerns, the Gov't is leaving this issue in the hands of the citizens. Sometimes, I wish that I was a girl, I have always been insanely jealous when I see my sister getting + 5 presents in her birthdays, while yours truly gets 2 only, she gets more money, more ice cream, man, I feel hopeless and useless.
