It seems he is in Pakistan and probably a desi guy who can read roman Hindi / Urdu as well.

He WAS in Pakistan. A doc by profession & a stand up comedian, he came with some Pakistani friends and seems like enjoyed his time here a lot. Back to his home country now and he says he plans to come back again.

No that.s not true. Indian is a derogatory term for us so no Pakistani wants to call himself Indian. I never saw a single one rather Indians in Australia and SA introduce themselves as Pakistanis
