MQM workers were gone underground while operation started on 19 june 1992 till 2000. Then who was responsible of bad law n order situation. and post 2000 era till 2007 except few incidents kindly tell me worst situation of law n order in karachi. actually this situation is being worse after 2008 while PPP made its govt.
