There is a problem with malnutrition and higher than average infant mortality rates, a lot of women dont take proper care of themselves during pregnancy. A lot of it has to do with not only lack of awareness but also social awareness. Parents should not go for kids until they are mature and financially sound ennough, the overall situation is improving but a lot still needs to be done.
