As for the fact that it is Christmas day, I'll dedicate this to the sons of the soil who time and time again took the skies to fight for their fatherland. The Christian community has punched well above its weight. A bless Christmas to them.

You may have all gone, but the roar of the Sabres and bombers you flew will echo in Pakistan's skies forever.

Some people always question two nations theory. And it always make me smile on their tunnel visions. You have your own identity, language, freedom to practice your religion, freedom to name your child after Muslim kings, freedom to eat cow (sounds funny but that's a fact). You have your own norms and culture and list goes on. It's all because of this father of nation.

Thank you so much Qaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah for giving us this county, the best soil on the earth. Massive respect.

Every significant religious group in United India, indeed the entire Muslim religious establishment vehemently rejected Jinnah's Two Nation Theory, and the Pakistan movement was opposed tooth and nail by Muslim clergy. Maulana Maudodi went on to say that the idea of Muslim Nationalism was as unlikely as Chaste Prostitute ...

Jinnah won his case on August 14, 1947... . But Pakistan failed him ...

Happy 140th Birthday, Quaid.
We went astray after your demise, and started doing literally everything you told us to abstain from. We aren't anymore united, as you advised us to be. We just won't treat our minorities the way you told us to. Hell, we even manipulated our sacred religion for our personal gains- the thing you hated the most. And then we wonder why is our State in shambles? Isn't it funny, that we rooted out whatever you said, and hid it all from our youth, and then wondered why is our State not what you promised it to be? I mean that's pretty ironic.
Hell, some of us were even taught nastiest possible things about you, you the founder of this State. They told me that you were a mad drunkard. But funny thing is that they never told me how could a drunkard do this? Do Pakistan. How could a drunkard pull out one of the most impossible feats in History of mankind? A drunkard breaking the 'Holy Cow' in two? A drunkard getting Baloachistan out of Persian talons, and KPK out of Afghans? A drunkard doing all this against overwhelming number of enemies? Ha, right. They told me how you were a 'playboy' who wasn't loyal to his wife (which by the way he had two, how disgusting!). But they didn't say a word of how you used to store clothes of your first wife to spread out decades later and just look at them with moist eyes; and how a man of your stature cried only twice in Public (as per witnesses) once when Maryam passed away, the other when you visited her grave one last time. They even used as strong words as Kaffir for you, just cause you wore a suit and tie? They went down this low against you, Quaid. But they deliberately took out the part where your close associates claimed how you came to India, even after promising never to return, just cause you saw Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in your dream who compelled you to return to India and work for Muslims. You sacrificed everything for us. You sacrificed all for this green and white flag with a crescent and star on top. And what did we do to your land? But I assure you, Quaid we are bouncing back; we are waking up like never before. We kicked out extremist paid agents from our land, yes a bit late but nevertheless. We are keeping our country first, like you said. We are fighting for the rights of minorities, like you told us to! We are slowly doing everything what you said us to do. Which makes me hopeful of our future.

You should promise him that although it has been a disappointment, that the world has started to realize what Pakistan is and will be, and that there is finally real hope in terms of creating a modern and peaceful, growing Pakistan. And that, you and everyone else will make sure that you turn this country into what he wanted it to be. A peaceful place for an integrated society regardless of race, religion and color. Just all Pakistanis!!
