Yes they should be made.

Other than that i think Pakistani English should be made widely spoken language in Pakistan other than Urdu.

.
No need
we are fine with urdu as the national language and english as the official.

.
Punjabi, seraiki, Balochi, Sindi, Pashto, Hindko, gilgiti, Baltistani, Kashmiri, Brahvi, Darri etc must be made national languages other than Urdu

Those languages are recognized. They should be promoted as much as we can in provinces other than their own. Like there should be optional courses for Pashto in Punjab and Punjabi in Pashto, so on and so forth.

We are doing great with Urdu as a national language. Almost all literate Pakistanis understand or speak Urdu now, that is what we need to create a identity based on Pakistaniat. We need around 2 more generations to do so.

URDU should remain as national language, but not the form it exist in totday's cable tv Pakistan.
Regional language is good enough to speak, English can remain as official language, along side Persian and Arabic should be taught.

well many punjabis and other ethnicities feel deprived since urdu took over as their mother tongue, same goes to pashtuns and other ethnicities, and that their culture is being eliminated by urdu colonisation

in my opinion to make Pakistan strong in order to eliminate sense of deprivation all regional areas must be empowered to have their own mother tongue and get education in their own mother tongue, so aside urdu and english media, there might be punjabi, seraiki, balochi, pashtun etc medium

Brahvi, Darri, Hindko?? In which regions are these languages spoken??

Urdu being our national language, is one of the best thing to happen to Pakistan. I speak 4 languages and read and write 5, and i have never felt 'deprived'. You are assuming too much stuff here.

well you may differ from the opinions of other punjabis, but in my view if not must, choice should be put to people if they wanna get education in what ever language they want, there should be no restriction on chosing languages because freedom and liberty is a must

also the rural punjab is not much familiar with urdu language only urban punjab knows urdu

so in my view to spread education to rural pakistan it is important to give all languages more freedom to be esserted

I am what you can call a dheet paindoo Punjabi and i disagree with your assessment. I doubt that you have ever been to the rural Punjab even for a visit. I have walked those dusty terrains and lived the life of a paindoo. Your opinion about rural punjab is at least 20 years behind.
