TTP wants to inflict heavy casualties, open multiple fronts and delay Army advance.

On night 27th to 28th April 2023 4 Terrorists Eliminated, Security Forces, while fighting gallantly, repulsed three attacks by terrorists on different locations within a span of short time in Lakki Marwat District. A Motorcycle borne Suicide bomber exploded himself near security forces post in Lakki Marwat followed by a fierce fire exchange between own troops and terrorists.

Own troops effectively engaged the terrorists as a result of which 4 x terrorists were sent to hell. In two other encounters with terrorists in general area Amir Kalam and Tajbi Khel, District Lakki Marwat, 3 x more terrorists, including terrorist commander Musa Khan, were eliminated. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the seven killed terrorists.

However, during intense exchange of fire,
Naib Subedar Taj Mir (age 40 years, resident of District Nowshera),
Havaldar Zakir Ahmed (age 38 years, resident of District Abbottabad)
and Sepoy Abid Hussain (age 29 years, resident of District DI Khan) having fought gallantly, embraced shahadat.

Both TTP and Army are changing strategies to counter each other.

How does Pakistan government/army still blame India for these attacks when their ally Taliban/Haqqani network are in power in Afghanistan. To me the blame goes on our leaders for not effectively rooting out this cancer. What is their policy for dealing with terrorism, extremism, their ideology, fatwas, propaganda? So far political opponents have been tried in the anti terrorist courts? This made the courts controversial, they declared political opponents as terrorists, 20,000+ terrorists have been released from jails, so many terrorists have been settled in KPK areas. Who is responsible for these blunders?
What have our security forces done to depend the pro Pakistan tribal lashkars and elders? Leaving them at the mercy of TTP and allies is not the solution.

Ops have been started since March, officially announced in April. This war has taken a new turn now.


Two fronts are open, KPK and Baluchistan. The third is inside Afghanistan but that’s drones, artillery, BEL ops and sniper fire on border.

I remember when Zarb-e-Azb happened faujeets were proclaiming that the TTP leaders all escaped to Afghanistan.
