Al Qaeda’s botched suicide op was against ‘Indian warships’

I just don't get it. It takes years to train Navy personnel on how to launch missile systems, navigate using sophisticated navigation and guidance systems. How did these ragtag yaboos think they could steal an entire warship, sail it all the way into our waters and attack our ships?
