Blackwater behind Pakistan bombings: Ex-intel chief

The former head of Pakistan's intelligence agency, ISI, Asad Durrani said in an interview with Press TV that Blackwater, a notorious US security firm, is carrying out operations in the country.

His comments came after the US Central intelligence Agency (CIA) revealed that Blackwater, which currently works under the name Xe Services, has been involved in drone attacks in Pakistan.

The CIA said the private security company has been loading bombs on US drones that target suspected militants in Pakistan. The attacks, according to Pakistani media, kill civilians as well.

General Durrani, however, said the group may be involved in actions that destabilize the country.

"My assessment is that they [Blackwater agents] — either themselves or most probably through others, through the locals — do carry out some of the explosions," he said.

"The idea is to carry out such actions, like carrying attacks in the civilian areas to make the others look bad in the eyes of the public."

Pakistan, suffering from a wave of violence, has witnessed the loss of lives of more than two thousands civilians in the past two years because of bomb attacks across the country.

I don't understand the logic of the guys who say the bomb attacks are not done by AQ or TTP guys. Just want to ask them that when they attack GHQ, a Mosque killing Children with elderly, IEDs killing members of political parties, when they send suicide attacks on convoys, or when police station gets attacked, when suicide bombers killed civilian workers infront of one Wah factory, in nearly all such scenarios, civilians die more then the security forces guys in such attacks, at that time the TTP spokesman accepts the responsibility proudly and warns of more attacks, so if they kill civilians without any regret in such bomb attacks, why it would be hard for them to kill just civilians ?? Ever heard their bombers speaking that everyone on this side of the border is Wajib-Ul-Katal because they are not with them or they are not in waziristan ?? So if they tell this to their suicide bombers and also that whoever civilians you kill are not ur fault and their gunnah will not be written in your books by the angels and no questions will be asked about these innocents death, why you guys doubt they won't kill civilians ?? Ever heard the telephonic call of Muslim Khan to SW and asking to do ANYTHING, even told to do attacks of the Parade Line nature at that time.

AQ is killed hundreds, thousands in their accepted suicide bombings in Iraq, so why you guys doubt they can't do such things here or can keep on doing such things ??

If such things are being done by anyone else, why they then take responsibility of nearly every other attack in which 01 SFs guy gets killed with 10 cvilians too, while they say the bombings targeting just civilians are not by them, while they accept the killing of the 10 civilians killed with 01 security forces guy ??
