well he is saying that, why modi bring Bhagwad Gita with him, he had to took Indian Constitution, and to give Leaders, the colour of triranga(Indian flag) is in his heart and if his heart is cut the colour of indian flag can be found, why modi not go on border and blah blah blah.
(well what foreign leaders do with Indian constitution? this fellow need to read Bhagwad Gita to understand why that is given.
