A Pakistani who will neither be mourned for by Pakistanis(since according to them, he is either an Indian agent or an embarrassment best removed from the scene) or by Indians since he is from Pakistan & has no bearing on the Congress & its electoral machinations. The UPA government will use this opportunity gladly to show their "toughness" & dispose of this petition in double quick time.

This chap is now more than ever, 'a dead man walking' and he won't be walking around for much longer.

How Kasab reacted to his death sentence

Mumbai: Ajmal Kasab, the face of 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks that left 166 people killed, seems to be afraid of his own death.

Apparently, the Supreme Court order upholding the Bombay High Court verdict on Kasab's death sentence caused the 26/11 killer to develop a cold feet.

According to sources, as soon as Kasab was told about his death sentence, he was left stunned. The fear of death was reflecting on his face.

Unlike his reaction during the crucial life-and-death proceedings before Bombay High Court, where he smiled, yawned and played with his uniform, the lone surviving Pakistani terrorist involved in the 26/11 attacks, this time could not hold himself and went down on his knees.

The 24-year-old terrorist is lodged in Arthur Road prison in Mumbai.

The Supreme Court today upheld the death sentence of 26/11 Mumbai terror attack convict Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab, saying that waging war against the country was the primary and foremost offence committed by the Pakistani terrorist.

Kasab and his nine companions who came from Pakistan and attacked Mumbai from November 26-29, 2008, killing 166 people, including 26 foreigners and injuring around 300 others.
