Airport Attack: Govt decides search operations in Afghan camps

ISLAMABAD: The scope of the investigations of the terrorist attack on Karachi airport has been expanded to Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and FATA, ARY News reported on Saturday.

The authorities have decided to initiate search operations to the Afghan refugee camps in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) to look for the foreign terrorists who assisted in the brazen attack at Pakistan’s major airport in Karachi, government sources said.

The large vehicles will not be given entry in the airport under the new security rules. Moreover, 100 surveillance cameras will also be installed on the roads along the airport.

Afghan settlements and refugee camps will be searched and details of the people who have migrated from Afghanistan or the tribal areas will be collected in the operation.

According to sources, a crackdown will be launched against the people dealing in Afghan and other foreign countries mobile Sims.

The federal government has issued directives for the operation, sources added.

Good, but not enough as Afghanis in Pakistan are threat to Pakistan because they are involved in terrorist activity & crimes though out Pakistan. They need to deported asap, the one who resist should be killed.

Why search? Just dismantle these illegal camps and send these Afghans back to their home. The fact is that Afghanistan is far safer than Pakistan these days, so this refugee card is not valid anymore.

As i said Karachi walas need to make life hell for Afghanis and Uzbeks. Don't allow them to create shit hole bastis. The attack on airport should wake up Sindh gov.
