any expert should...kindly shed some light on the aircraft carrier USS Uncle Sam...which during vietnam war saw an accident or an inside job whereby a fully loaded plane fired air to air missile while it was still parked and it hit the control tower and lots of fire work happened.

Yes what happened is that a Pakistani pilot infiltrated and flew a Phantom and sank the aircraft carrier with an air to air missile. In retaliation the U.S. nuked Pakistan in disguise of India's attack on Pakistan. Congress gave the Pakisitani pilot the Medal of Honor and lived happily ever after.
