yes..but they are not giving the eco class passengers an inhuman treatment...if you want more you have to pay more ...getting non-veg on flight is not a fundamental right of every passengers ..pls dont compare apple with orange... in fact, many airlines have stopped serving free food on domestic flights to cut cost....airline industry is getting more and more competitive and due to high capital and operational cost it has to save wherever it can to stay afloat.... or they will go KF way!

Airlines cut down on passenger ammenities like hot towels, certain types of booze etc. all the time. Emirates is one such example. All US airlines and most European carriers too, charge you for their on board meals in economy.
