May be Co-pilot increase thrust before pulling out landing gear pin due to communication error.if that was the case the engine would only need to be ideling to produce the power. if the aircraft was stationary then a gpu would have been an option. but the jet was being pulled back. and at a maximum the engine should have been at idal, not at taxi thrust. it protocal that the jet must be on the apron and noone near it for it to produce enough power for it to pull someone in.
