before mumbai blasts, they both were working together, but rajan hated when dawood arranged multiple blasts killing innocent civilians.

But Dawood being sheltered in PAK is not fake news. It seems that any and every news that shows any involvement by Pakistan is fake news. How can you start a dialogue if you come with that stance of purity?

Think about it perhaps picture an image in your head. There is this figurative table and sitting there is Pakistan vs. the World

But back to why I asked that question- it was in response to the site admin asking why he was not arrested for this confession. You can't be arrested for a confession when there is NO proof of the crime having taken place. and since Pakistan won't acknowledge it has taken place, even if it had been true... then there is no case to arrest him on this claim.
