What's new

Ahead of Modi’s visit to Beijing, a Chinese state newspaper accuses Indians of ‘inferiority’

That is because Indians are Inferior :P
I DON'T KONW WHERE THE CONCLUSION COME FROM I just to say that Chinese media have responsibility to tell Chinese people about the practical truth that vast Chinese territory is now occupied by Indian Army.

.
Frankly nobody in India cares. Its a joke :P

Also tell the Chinese people about the Vast territory of TIBET occupied by the Chinese army. :coffee:
That's not within the responsibility I said.
You do yours and we do ours and not to see who do the best.

You hit the Nail. But the article was not published by accident. Its classic chinese "strategy" :cheesy: ...... now expect a few incursions and a few more articles on similar lines.

Long been the strategy. The incursions during President Xi's visit was no accident ( Modi played that one superbly, when President Xi said that he wasn't aware, Modi quietly asked him if the PLA's relationship with China's political leadership was the same as the Pakistan army's with their civilian leadership . Stung to the quick by that comparison, Xi made sure the incursion was vacated quickly) It is just that we have China "experts" in India who keep extolling the virtues of this relationship, statements like the one put out will help in curbing irrational exuberance.

.
The problem is that it exposes that the Chinese with having a Inferiority complex w.r.t India  ............... That is why you are trying so hard to show yourself as "superior" :disagree:

If you actually though yourself as "superior", you would have been modest and tried to hide it.

Nah.

The fact that India always talks about China, always measures itself against China, always buy Chinese brands shows why even Indians look at China as a superior country and superior humans.

Deny all you want, but its a well known fact that China never compares itself against India whereas India always compares itself against China.

Truth hurts.

But one thing for sure, Chinese don't know the art of diplomacy. It is like killing before anything is even conceived.

For Chinese, diplomacy means either buy influence or if it cannot buy influence arm twist the other party.

You couldn't be more wrong, they are consummate masters of the art. We are the ones deluding ourselves, not they. We are the ones talking about an Asian century, an Asian partnership, an India-China century etc etc...classic muddle headed thinking on our part. The fact is China does not consider us as equals nor does it have any interest in sharing what they see as China's century with anyone, least of all with India. China has little interest in any border settlement on mutually acceptable terms, they see no reason to allow for breathing space unless we concede what they want. We can't even decide what we want to do with the Americans, we think bending backwards placating China will be seen as friendly, unfortunately it is & will be seen as weakness on our part.

Nothing at all wrong with how the Chinese look at it, it is we who foolishly believe that we will be treated as equals when we haven't yet achieved a fraction of what we believe to be our potential. China respects & will only respect power. Not until we posses a sufficient quantity of that resource will China show you, even if grudgingly, any respect.

It is very rear that a Chinese printed media say something not favorable about India, so it draws a big uproar in India. It is normal that India media blast at China every day, and nobody give is a shit.
The relationship between China and India is very simple, the border disputes can not be solved, and this is a constant problem, like the history problem between China and Japan, despite a big economic between the two country, the relationship a very bad right now.
China understand that it can never make India happy unless give all the disputed lands to India, short of this, what ever else China does, the efforts will get wasted, so better for China not even to try, India is a federation, the states not need to listen to the center government, any MoU signed with Mr Modi, may not workable on the Indian grounds.
A complicated and diversified India, is beyond Chinese imagination, China only wish India not make too much in the south china sea and india sea. Even China can not see why should India be a partner of China in stand of partner in the contain China game of USA, Japan and Vet., if India want to replace “made in China” by “make in India”. And Mr Modi already offer India to play this roll to all of them.
What India will offer to China? Not making trouble with you is great favor for you?

.
India is great and under Modi-ji, it will become a superpower sooner than later, not the least beat China. The Global Times article is just a reflection of the innate insecurity and fear of the Chinese.

Bask in joy, Indian fellas.

LOL. We are literally not interested in that social disaster called India. I had to dig hard to find some news on India in local media and nothing comes up.

Chinese are hardly consummate diplomats. They are excellent strategists and have a clear goal. Both are different things.

China will always find it difficult to build an alliance of Allies. China can never build a NATO or can have diplomatic relationship with its neighbours like the US. That is because they do not know diplomacy. All they know is brute force and cheap theatrics.

Second, I do not think Indian foreign policy is blind to the reality of china. Most nations in the world are aware of the kind of animal china is.

US has more resources than China, but china still does not respect the US. What makes you think that it will respect India ? Even if we are richer and more powerful than china ?

Best we can hope for is that china will be sane enough to not go to war.

Depends on how you define diplomacy. They use Zhou Enlai's definition ( variation of Clausewitz's: "War is the continuation of politics by other means")

"All diplomacy is a continuation of war by other means. "

We value India as a potential market and Modi-ji is freaking smart.
