Even people live in villages at a distance of 10 KM from the border

Even then it can see 90 KM inside Pakistan on a 24/ 7 basis

A helicopter or a plane has to land after a while ;
even UAVs are expensive andcan crash

This airship is cheap and effective way of monitoring inside Pakistan
